Fulfilled from Jamaica. Ships to Jamaica and the United States.
Orders are fulfilled from Jamaica. At checkout, shipping addresses are accepted for Jamaica and the United States only. We are not accepting other countries yet.
Jamaica
Domestic orders use Jamaica Post ZipMail. At checkout you choose deliver to my door (where ZipMail offers door service) or collect at the post office. Estimated shipping appears in the bag before you continue to payment; ZipMail is free when your merchandise subtotal is $64 or more.
United States
US orders are fulfilled from Jamaica. You pay for products at checkout; shipping postage is confirmed with you by email before we dispatch— it is not charged as a fixed rate at checkout yet. Duties or taxes for US entry may apply depending on your parcel.
Currency
Prices shown in USD. Checkout settles in USD.
Product prices on the storefront are listed in US dollars. Payment is collected in USD regardless of where you live. Any bank or card FX conversion is handled by your card issuer — Olfacteux does not convert currencies at checkout.
Transit & packing
Fragrance and home-scent products ship with leak-aware packing. Transit times vary by destination and carrier; estimated delivery appears at checkout when available. You will receive order confirmation by email after payment.
Duties & customs
US and Jamaica deliveries are prepared for those destinations. If additional duties or taxes apply in your jurisdiction, they are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
