Fragrance & opened products
For hygiene and safety, opened fragrance bottles, discovery vials, and room sprays generally cannot be returned once the seal is broken. If your order arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened items
Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
Hardware & kits
Diffusers and kits follow the same window. Defective hardware reported within 14 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded after review.
How to start a return
Email support@cdmsuite.com with your order email, order reference, and reason. Do not ship items back until we confirm the return.
